Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Udaipur Cabs, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to offer a highly flexible and transparent cancellation policy for our one-way drops, round trips, and multi-day outstation packages.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your booked cab, the following refund rules will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the scheduled pickup time:

• More than 24 hours before pickup: 100% full refund of the advance amount paid. No cancellation charges will be levied.
• Between 12 to 24 hours before pickup: A nominal cancellation fee of 15% of the estimated trip fare will be deducted, and the remaining advance will be refunded.
• Between 6 to 12 hours before pickup: A cancellation fee of 50% of the advance amount (or 30% of the total trip fare, whichever is lower) will be applied.
• Less than 6 hours or No-Show: No refund will be issued. The cab will be considered dispatched, and operational costs are incurred.

2. Cancellation by Udaipur Cabs

While we take extreme pride in our 99.9% fulfillment rate, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions (heavy rain/floods), civil unrest, road blockages, or sudden mechanical breakdowns might force us to cancel a booking.

In the extremely rare event that we cancel your ride and cannot provide an alternative vehicle of the same or higher category, you will receive a 100% full refund of any advance payment made. The refund will be processed immediately.

3. Multi-Day Outstation Tour Cancellations

If you have booked a multi-day package (e.g., a 5-day Rajasthan Tour covering Udaipur, Jodhpur, and Jaipur) and wish to shorten your trip mid-way:

• You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the new termination date.
• You will be charged for the actual days used, plus a 1-day retention fee. Any excess amount paid in advance will be refunded.
• If the driver has already covered extensive empty return kilometers due to the sudden trip termination, those empty kilometers will be factored into the final bill.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated from our end within 24 working hours. Depending on your bank or payment gateway (UPI, Credit Card, Net Banking), it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment source.
